On Saturday March 5, Da’Mon is set to take on Farid Basharat in Las Vegas at UFC 285. Da’Mon is currently 12-4 coming off four-straight wins which ultimately lead him to claim the Cage Fury FC Bantamweight Title in 2022. Blackshear then got a short notice fight opportunity for his UFC debut against Youseff Zalal back on August 13, 2022 at UFC Fight Night in San Diego, CA. The fight ended up a majority draw.
